Product labelling unclear

is this organic, I mean made for organic certified fish made into fishmeal? What were the conditions of the fish when farmed or are they from the ocean and then is it certified otherwise

I wish you had reached out to us directly so we could have answers your questions and I hope you will consider modifying your review after reading this response.

The fish meal we carry is sourced from OR. It is from a combination of fish from Louisiana and Alaska. The Alaskan fish are wild caught and the Louisiana ones are farm raised. They only use the leftover carcasses after the filet has been removed. The material is heated to over 400 degrees and then pressed. The remaining material is then screened and the leftover is the fish meal. There are no added ingredients or preservatives and the product is approved by the National Organic Program standards for use in organic agriculture.
